My routine during lockdown (I've been in self isolation since 17th March) has been: deep cleaning half the house on Tuesdays the other half on Thursdays (this includes moving all furniture) whilst on Mon, Wed and Fri I do around 30 min of HIIT. I incorporate a 20 min light walk on a daily basis, this is to help me with my goal of 10K steps although I don't achieve that goal everyday. I try to keep moving to burn some calories, but mainly just to keep active. This app really does a great job in keeping me in check with my food intake, having a scale is essential to keep accurate data, I also watch like 4 hours a day of Netflix or Youtube and just checking on friends and family once or twice a week. The only thing I have not been able to do is read more...although...that doesn't burn any calories does it? :-)

Not too bad. my exercises are all indoors so only venture out when necessary.
