I think I finally paid for not eating enough calories. I had a hypoglycemic episode. I'll try to eat more throughout the day and add some sugars to my diet. I was VERY happy with my week 1 weigh in. My goal is to continue 3 lbs a week for the 1st month. Hope everyone had a wonderful day

I've been feeling a little lightheaded sometimes too when I don't eat enough. Sometimes I stand up and get kinda woozy--that used to happento me when I was a skinny teenager but hadn't happened in a while till I lost weight.
