I am not doing good! And, I am ashamed of it! I know carbs, and not being as active as I should be are playing a big role in it! Yes, I am back to journaling, but I am not able to function in the house the right way! Too much on my mind! I am thinking to go back on Atkins, but I do not want flu like symptoms ever again! I know you can customize it, and vegetarians are recommended to start at phase2. And, thus move up to the next rung, I think they call it! So, the start at 30net carbs, then move up by 5 each week, after the first two weeks is up! Till they find there threshold of loosing weight , by also being able to eat up to the most carbs that they can. And, if they gain weight, then they fall back by 5nc, till they can loose weight again! Plus, the encourage exercise! You slowly put back in foods! So, anyways, I am thinking about doing it again! And, this time try to do it as correctly as I can! It is suppose to be a lifetime thing, and a lifestyle. And, it is suppose to be healthy! And, if you do it the right way, it can be! It dies not mean eating red meat all day long, everyday! Not necessary to be eating butter, all day long, everyday! So, anyways, this is my thought for now! I have pretty much all that I need. I have to get, the Atkins bars! Which now can also be purchased online. Well, for a long time now! So, it is not about depriving yourself, for sure!!! If I can make this work with my body, I would love to try this again! It has been hard to deal with a lot of stuff, and being stuck in the house is not helping me! I have no descent person to walk with! I wish I had a nice person to walk with! Maybe (someday-my husbands favorite expression, I will have that, also!! My husband for now is way too tired to walk! He is my best walking buddy. I guess, he is my best buddy, period! For good, nor for bad, that's all that I've got! I have know him from 13 years old! He was a friend of the family. My Uncles best buddy! My mothers brother! And I have married this guy from 16 years old! When you are that old time goes creeping so slowly, and you think your going to stay young like forever. You think getting much older is going to take so much time to get there! But, here we are! In a flash before you can say apchoo, and someone saying, bless you! Which my husband does not even do for me anymore! I do not know if it lose of faith, a harsh life, or both! But, anyways, God Bless to all! And trying to regain my spiritual strength back!! So, I can go on! Because, I have to do so, no choice!!!! For me it is baby steps! You hope, and wish someone can be there when you stumble and fall in this life. But, sometimes there isn't! And, that's when you have to pick yourself up, you know!? And, dust yourself off! And, keep on going!! Sometimes, it is a long hard road, down this journey of ours!!! I wish I wasn't always feeling all so alone! Oh well!! We are strong fighters!! What does not kill us, makes us stronger for it! But, it sure does put some really good dents in us! Doesn't it!? Good luck to all, and hopefully, your keeping on going with it!!!!

I am going to try to do the best that I can, and in the most sensible way that I can do it! I know me, and for me an entire life of no bread, no sweets, no ice cream, and no chocolate, nor cookies, is just not possible! So, though I though watch those carbs. I am going to try to do it as sensible as I can! Because a lifestyle is suppose to be for a lifetime! Which also includes how active that we are! Plus our everyday negative self talk that goes in our heads, in our everyday lives! They say that if you think you can, you're probably right! And, if you think you can't your also right! So, if that is the true case of we, we should say, that we can! And, that we have already done it in our minds! That's it I believe for now! If I think of anything else, then I will do "edit" to it!!!
