Morning off to a good start. Walked my dog, did 10 minutes on the elliptical and burned about 120 calories. It was good that I rested my knee and foot yesterday (it was really hurting). Today is going to be a busy day and I am happy that I started the day by burning 280 calories before breakfast. Breakfast is an egg, popover, coffee and half a glass of orange juice. Evening is going to be a big meal (birthday celebration at my parent's house) so I want to burn at least 600 calories today to make up for it. I have a game plan as to how not to go crazy with my calories but since yesterday I didn't eat to much (wasn't hungry) I think even if I go over, it doesn't hurt the overall calorie count. Going to check my weight at my parent's house as they have a more reliable scale.
