I didn't have my pedometer yesterday with me when I went to work, so I felt quite lost without it, but I still came home and watched some tv and walked and walked and walked -- still got my 10,000 steps in! Today however it went right on me when I get up this morning.
I need to do my 100 crunches for the challenge, the rest should be quite easy to control. Alright, time for my morning cheerios.
