Ate all day yesterday. Kept wanting something and couldn't figure out what..Finally had the last of the steroids so maybe today will be better. Doesn't help that I now have a sinus infection and cough from the drainage.I know the cough medicine has sugar in it because I have major sugar cravings again. Seems I can't win no matter what I do.
