I'm working four 10 hour days a week now. I am no longer working the 2 - 12 hour shifts so my activity level at work is minimal now. I think less activity might be what makes me sooo tired. I'm pretty much sticking to Phase 2 SB. But my energy level is low.

Why don't you just make your goal to exercise on your days off and rest on your long work days? I never had much energy when I worked either. It does get better as you go but it's a habit you have to develop. Take your first step. You can do it!

Great idea, as always Kelly. I find I have to do my exercise on the days I work--off days are my break, but it's definitely smart to start with baby steps. Take enough baby steps and eventually you're running!

A change of schedule or routine takes time to adjust to. Give yourself a few weeks and I'm sure you will see your energy levels return to normal.

Good to have you here! It is always difficult to get back on task! Don't take on more than you can do. I feel for you. I am back on task with food & golf will be slowing soon (the snow could fly anytime). Then I start the gym & I have to get my mind going on that! Changes all the time! But we now you have the strength to do it! We are here to help!
