Ugh!!!!!!! My body really gets me upset sometimes lol. Ive been doing really good, went out to dinn w/ a friend last night and got ceasar salad and made sure to say no to rolls and no croutons! I thought i was in the clear...until...they bring me complimentary garlic chese bread! what a-holes huh?! haha so i ate three tiny bites...not even half a small slice and today the scale syas ive gained 2.5 lbs. can that be right?? I havent even gone over 20 carbs since we started the challenge :(

It could just be water retention.

I say just water retention. You certainly didn't gain 2.5 lbs of fat overnight from three bites of bread. Just get back on the plan and you'll lose that in no time. You know I gain some water weight when I go out to eat just because they put so much salt in stuff. You don't even realize it but they put it in everything. Especially dressings like ceasar. If you don't already, get dressing on the side next time. Hang in there.

Funny, I gained about that much too! Haven't a clue why. I maintain that we are perfect and the scales are possessed! Seriously though, I'm with ya and I bet DLA and Sara are right..we probably both retained more water than usual or something. Hang in there, we'll both lose those stupid pounds quicker than we think!

ditto on comment about the ceasar's salt content! Yep, sounds like the culprit to me! You can get rid of that in no time!!! . drink WATER,WATER, WATER!!!
