I have been following FS pretty well the last 2 1/2 days (but who's counting).....Strayed a bit from phase 1, but acceptable for phase 2 and only a little. I thought that by staying away from this site I could handle myself, but I only got heavier. Glad I am back, working on myself. I have been having trouble with my back while going to curves, so today I am trying my condo's gym, bicycling and treadmill which should be gentler on my lower back. Hope all are doing well.
