Well! Today is one of my best diet days ever! I'm probably going to have 1 more slice of the Ezekiel sprout bread with some celery and peanut butter (1 or 2 teaspoons) and banana or some other fruit (and/ or some kind of soup) before I go to bed. I'm *really super excited*! I have LOTS of energy!
Stuff today I did differently:
1) sprouted grain bread 2) egg in morning 3) nettle tea / detox tea / licorice tea 4) spread meals around (slightly smaller, more of them)
I'm also excited about trying Udi's gluten free bread. Supposedly it is *soft and tastes like real bread*.
