Down half a pound! Slowly getting there! Still going for runs at lunch time and getting through the 30 day squat challenge. 3 days left. I have no problem doing the squats but it does get a little boring doing the higher amounts. When I get done this challenge I think I will have no problem doing 100 squats a day but any more then that is excessive!

This weekend is our long weekend! And I'm off all next week. We're going to the cottage on the lake to do some relaxing and fishing. I'm going to go for a run everyday though. But I intend to enjoy myself and eat some ice cream and have a few beverages!
