All set up for my new job to start. Have not been eating the best last couple of day but I do have a plan to change that. My husband and I are going to take one day a week and cook a weeks worth of healthy meal and freeze them in glass container so I can just pop them in the oven so we have healthy ready made meal now that I will not have all the time I want to be able to cook. I like when we can figure out how to make stuff easier on our self's. I have been still working out i just have not gotten a chance to chart it in the last couple of days mostly because i have been setting up everything and getting everything for this new job. but now that i am all set up and ready to start on tue this should be easier.

I am so inspired by you and I encourage you to keep going. I am also doing meal prep and it's not easy to always make the healthy choice but I'm going to keep trying. Stay course. You can do this. 😊
