Wow. 5 lbs. this week. I think I've been following the program pretty well, exercising vigorously, tracking points, drinking water etc., but the main thing that I think is happening is that, after 8 1/2 months on the program, I'm actually undergoing a transformation, not only of my metabolism and eating habits, but also of the general way I view eating and food - my entire mindset seems to be changing for the good.
