Finally back to normal here....since the weekend before the 4th it has been not stop of carnivals, bbqs, and family parties. I'm glad for the break. I think my kids are too! Now its time to get back on track with my eating and exercising.

I hear you. Last week was hopefully, the last week of cookouts so things can get back to normal. I hope we both get back on track this week!!

Me too! One day of cooking out and kind of pigging out is ok, but after 3 or 4 days it doesn't feel good.
