Back from a week of holidays. Up at the lake, fishing, swimming, hanging out and of course eating things that I would normally stay away from! It was my DH b-day and we had cake for a couple of days, followed by ice cream and a big steak dinner with red wine! I made sure to go for a run every morning, in fact I did 4.6 km every morning for 5 mornings! But when we got home on Sat. evening I weighed myself and was up a couple of pounds. So, the plan now is to get back on track, drink lots of water and stick to 1500 calories a day. But that won't happen until tomorrow as I'm going out for lunch today meeting up with a friend from high school who is home from the west. So, I have to get back at the running tomorrow. I going to start tracking my calories today though just to get back into the groove of it!
