Thanks y'all. I didn't use to be able to stomach Brussel sprouts either, now I love them. But only fresh ones, no frozen.

Looks good! You are making much healthier meals than I am. I always hated brussels sprouts as a kid and never ate them until 4 or 5 years ago when someone told me to cut in half and fry in a pan with a couple slices of bacon. I did that a couple times and now I love them, but they have to be stir fried or roasted. I don't need to eat with bacon anymore!
