today was a OK day my husband did finely get his at home job full time so he now can have his surgery. i did a bunch of cleaning today and did a lot of research on back and knee strengthening exercises hoping some off them will help me get back t at least part of the work i used to do before. i know i will never be able to go back full time i am just hoping to be able to do part time i am so sick of being at home. don't get me wrong i love taking care of my family and my house hold and working with my cats. but i used to work up to three jobs senses i was 16 being with out one for this long is driving me nuts.i don't know what to do with myself half the time. i clean and i garden and i work out and i journal and i train my cats but that still only takes up like half my day. i am so used to being busy and going all the time. now with my ptsd flaring up all the time i am scared i will never get back to what i was before. but enough boohooing. the dieting and slowly getting better i did gain 1.8 lbs this last week but i think part of that is water weight. i am starting to cut down on the portion i am eating. the next thing i am going to do is work my way off soda which should be fun. i hope you all are have a good week.
