So I was suppose to get better at eating yesterday but it didn't happen! My boss was in Chicago for a meeting last week and she brought us back some Garretts popcorn, the cheddar and caramel mixed and I can't stop munching on it!! Sooo good. Hopefully it will be gone soon and then I can eat better! I guess lately my goal has been just to maintain the weight I'm at and hopefully one of these days I'll get back on track and lose a few more pounds. I'm still going for runs at lunch time which is a good thing. Just need to watch the eating!!

It's hard to eat right when you have something yummy at your fingertips. I hope the maintaining is working, but I'm sure once you're eating is back on track you'll be losing again. Good job getting those runs in!!
