Stress and anxiety is helping me with the weight loss.
I have lossed much more than just weight though. I truly wish I never lost my mother. I love her so very much.
I had a dream last night about her. She spoke to me in it. It was nice to hear her voice again! I talk to her all the time now. She is beside me wherever I go.
I miss you mom!
