Giving myself the day off from exercise. I need it...Lots of soreness and allergy issues today and I am completely worn out.

Yea, before I wasn't doing enough where I actually needed a day off. Yesterday..combining several issues..I needed a big break. Feeling better today though..minimal back soreness that can be stretched out. Won't do the lower back exercise today to give it a touch more rest. I will be doing my floor exercises though. I am going to schedule that every Thursday will be an exercise break day. (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are my busiest days).

nice, i still need to set it up on myself, but i am so close to my first goal that I am pushing a little bit extra this week. :S But i do need a break
