I've been away and off the wagon since the end of May. Gin and Tonics, ice cream, bread, cookies.... argh.
I've gained enough weight to make my skirts feel tight.
I felt ok about weighing in this morning because I went on a 7 mile run in the awful heat and sweated and sweated... figured I must have sweated off a pound or two. Also, I decided on Monday to cut out alcohol, bread and sweets for 2 weeks ( until my next vacation)and try to get back on track. This is Day 5 of that adventure. I was too chicken to weigh myself before I started... and really surprised, when I did this morning, that I hadn't gained that much.
It will be interesting to see what happens after I rehydrate.
Why is this such a battle for me?
