I just looked on my status tracker and I'm fustrated. I started atkins on Monday but didnt switch it on here until yesterday. I weigh in everyday to keep me motivated and on track so I record it. I just lost my previous weigh ins because I switched the diet on here. It sounds silly but it's like I never lost the 7.5 lbs on from those 2 days when I see that. Ok I feel better after saying it now. Hey I get a little touchy when I first start changing my diet. I'll justlook at how much weight I have left until I'm a healthy weight :-)
