Still scuttling along. Trying not to weigh myself daily has simply replaced the obsession I had with weighing myself. So now I'm obsessed with that instead. Oy. Its always something with me.

Im eating better. Im exercising. Im feeling better. But I dont think the weight is shifting. I know, I know. Its only been 4 days. But, let me introduce myself -- Hi, I'm Miss Insanely Impatient, nice to meet you.

I'm just going to keep at it.

I should have a mini goal. I think that mini goal will be that I would like to be under 250lbs by Christmas. I think thats totally do-able.

Today Ive had an apple and a banana and a sip of water. Must have more water.
