I was going to exercise last night but screwed up when I ate dinner, and would have had to go to bed very late if I had stayed up to exercise. I've got to get this figured out!
In the meantime, I'm so wanting chocolate, but afraid to have it. If I have even a little, that's usually the end of things for me and I eat a lot.
And I've been unusually tired. And need to get off here and go work.
