My docs eyes bugged out of her head today when she saw that I was 23 lbs down since I last saw her in June. She was thrilled with my results so far... best news is when she weighed me her scale showed that I was 152, two lbs less than my home scale. I am not recording that though, I will stick with my own scale.

Isn't it nice to get a compliment on your weight for once. Keep it up and thanks so much for all your encouragment to me. It really helps. I am trying to journal my food better. I am going to do this with help from buddies like you.
