Feeling very discouraged, I was doing so good.. I’m still eating well, I’m still working out and I’m still in a deficit but somehow after 1 day of going out (weekend at my sisters with drinks and food (kind of healthy)), I’m back up a couple pounds. I’m obviously not going on the scale everyday because I feel bleh. But just disappointed that I can’t get the scale down and feel like a plateau. I understand muscle weighs more than fat... but I’m not even toning up as much or as fast I maybe should be.
