Well your getting close to goal, so it can be more difficult and take longer to get the pounds off. Stick with it! Kick up your exercise (if you can). Up the duration or intensity! Track all your food honestly. Watch your sodium intake (processed foods contain tons of sodium). Look at your chart! Your doing great. You just have to dig your heals in and keep going. You may only lose a little each week, but you will get there.

Thank you Suzi 161. I will kick it up a notch. I forget about watching my salt intake. That will get you every time.
