i have let my shin splints heal and yesterday joined olypus muscle fitness and today i workout for two hours even did slow running 2.5 and elliptical and wonderfully sweated my ass off and did low impact cardio i then made app. tomorrow with tabco guy thats what i call him he gives me nicotine patches so i couldn't run for three months and now weigh 223 im going to gym everyday if i want to lose the weight i gained i have to put in the work and eat alot of advil and bufferencount my calories but it did feel good to be it reminds me of my army days better sweat and eat the pain then to bleed in battle ha ha i know oh if i had anything to say about covid 19 is i go to the gym and their is very little people there i'm a lone wolf and i happily live alone in my apartment at 61 i guess i have if any wisdom it's the wisdom of life and the streets god bless everyone because i know he has blessed me now i have to break my netflix and prime addiction ha ha
