It's funny how weight loss works.
I went through a couple of months where the scale barely budged, and when it did, I couldn't really tell. But now it's steady and I can tell a huge difference. Man that feels great!
I work at a performing arts theatre, and our season started last weekend. So I'm working long and crazy hours, but I've found that if I plan well enough in advance, I can overcome any obstacle - as long as I bring my snacks with me, I won't be tempted by the pizza and Chex Mix and cheeseburgers the rest of my box office staff is eating.
And I'm going shopping this weekend. :D

Well done, keep the forward planning for your meals and snacks and you won't be tempted by the fastfood options!
