As of tomorrow, I am going to eat more structured. No skipping meals and no drastic calorie restrictions. It can be hard to fight against, but because it isn't working out for me at this time, I don't really have a choice. I'm working now, so I'm more active. I need the extra calories for that purpose alone. I've found a diet to follow called Pescetarian Low GI. It looks pretty good, healthy, includes healthy fats, proteins, and a good amount of vegetables. I can't rely on myself alone to schedule my own meal times or what I eat, because I either end up not eating anything or eating too much.
I'll probably join the gym again in the winter when I have some extra cash. It just annoys me, because all the equipment is from the 80's and we're forbidden to bring water. They want us to pay them for their sugar energy drinks, and I don't find that okay at all.
I haven't weighed in, I don't think I'll weigh in until Friday morning.
