Not active time. Limited activity, hurt my back 2 weeks ago. Got mobility again and tracking calories. Breakeven weight-wise while dealing with a lot of stress, but I did sacrifice muscle mass. To be expected with no strength training.
I really prefer my brain off of sugar. Going stop with refined sugar and alcohol for a while to clear up the mind and avoid dead calories.
