Way, way back in the day when my kids were young I would stop at KFC and get them a sandwich and me a tub of their Coleslaw before we went to the drive in theater. Loved their Coleslaw 😊

I hope that for you too, Roxy. It's a much better phase than the losing phase was, to be sure. It's so nice to take a break for all the logging, and weighing, and thinking every minute about food. I still have to do it sometimes, but I get breaks from it now. You'll get there too, Roxy. Just stay focused, be diligent and patient, and it'll happen.
