I gained 12 kg since the first time I registered. Somehow I loose some weight and then I gain back even more. I want to have a new approach. I have always deprived myself of things because I want to stick to the plan. Somehow I have always set myself up to fail because what I was doing could not be maintained in the long run. I always felt guilty when I fell of the wagon and then instead if just going back I continued on the destructive path. What I seek is a healthy relationship with food. Enjoy the bite without guilt. That i can have anything in moderation
