Woke up late and just hung out. It was nice. For the first time in many weeks, I honestly felt like there was nothing on fire, nothing I had to do, nothing anyone needed from me today. It was awesome. I didn't get much accomplished, but I was happy to go to the gym this evening - not my usual reaction of obligation. I was glad, and enjoyed the workout. I did 30 minutes on the bike, then some circuit weight training, then 20 more minutes on the bike. I don't feel sore now,and feel really relaxed. Tomorrow I'm going out to play in the changing leaves. Yay.
