It’s end of July already. Where does time go? I haven’t weighed myself and won’t as per recommendation of dietitian and endocrinologist. I stick to my diet recommendations, 15-45 gm carb per meal and 10-20 gm per snack.
When I look at my daily intake my carbs are pretty much under control. I should try a bit more protein however I’m not a big meat eater. Nuts I like occasionally and we are quite liking quinoa with lots of new recipes. I am a carb lover, always have been. Breakfast and lunch, afternoon snack never a problem and always well balanced. Dinner is the hardest meal for me and my family. My sister and I have very different cooking dinner ideas with one of us always having to have “meat” and my daughter and I can take it leave it with most of the time leaving it.
