Day 1: Attempt 9,999,999,999+++++

One day at a time for the nth time.

Just for a day, I'm going to try to forget all the heavier weights I've been and all the lighter weights I've been. Just for a day I will face one meal at a time and one bite at a time. Just for today I will try to be kind to myself.

Extremely stressful day today. I may have totaled my car and have been battling insurance woes all day. 2 big glasses of wine, but not so bad with eating, and I drank all my water so I'm calling it a win for today.

Each day I will record my BMs and meds.
