Yesterday I went for a walk and it was supposed to be a couple of rounds in the complex and then it turned out to be 12km. I just walked and walked until I felt my energy levels started to go down. And my feet was so sore. So impressed with myself. So this week I will be bloated due to my “best friend visiting “ and therefore I won’t get on the scale cause it will just upset me beyond measure. I just hope I can keep my salt cravings to the minimum. Heres to a new week with new challenges. Good luck everyone
