My stress level is still very high this morning. Dealing with my near-death car experience has not been fun; dealing with adjusters, dealership shop, car rental, etc. AND shopping for new homeowners insurance. After 22 years with Allstate, I'm leaving. They increased my HO Insurance by 40%. I felt like eating yesterday - not because I was hungry, but because I wanted to feel better!

I didn't do it, but I did have 2 glasses of wine. For today, my goal is to stay on plan and drink my water. Today or tomorrow I will start on the exercise bike as well.
