Good workout this morning working on Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Did some Ab work too.
Eating has been good for the most part except for after dinner where I'm hitting the Cheesecake Factory Red Velvet Cheesecake each night so I need to toss it or I'll finish off the entire cake by myself. Ugghh!!
