What's the hardest part of your diet?
The hardest part about my diet is waiting until 12:00 pm to drink my first cup of proper coffee 🤣. I fast Everyday from 18:00pm to 12:00pm that means no coffee for 18 hours 😐 (I do have a cup of plain black coffee in the morning as all the research I did says that it doesn't actually affect the results) and it hasn't so far but it's just not my favorite lol.

i agree for me it is also the coffee.... not having coffee for 18 hours is torture.... but the result of IF is so worth it....

I do 16:8+ and I love having my coffee black now! If you’re serious about this, maybe try adding a pinch of unsweetened cocoa, nutmeg or cinnamon to your coffee. I drink 2 tsp coffee per 250ml water and I sip on my lemon water in between. If you don’t like the taste of your current coffee when plain, maybe try a different brand or roast for fasting periods? Also, boiling hot water can burn coffee. And then last but definitely not least, black coffee can also work like a fat burner (especially prior to exercise) so I guess you can learn to love it if you want to 🖤 but tastes do differ x
