I am starting again, I finally lost the weight I had back on me since I am with my boyfriend(restaurants...etc) 1 year and a half...

I am doing the Body Revolution by Jillian Michaels... hope I will get great results! I am at the end of week 2! Had some other DVDs before (Ripped in 30) and have lost some inches from every parts of my body, I am still tracking my body each week, so even if I don't lose, I know what am doing... and it works!
I try to do at least 1 hour of bike each day, if I can't, I do 1,5 hour next two days or something like that...
And of course, I try to avoid unhealthy food! :P
