Ready to start a solid 10 days of exercise and eating right to get as close to 200 lbs before Thanksgiving.

Started today with 40 minutes on the elliptical machine and 3 sets of 100 situps on the Ab bench. I also got in a good Chest & Back (P90X) workout routine to end the morning!

I need to make sure I keep my protein count up over the next 10 days and try my best to keep out all sweets (cookies and cakes) and alcohol except for a glass of wine. Should be a good challenge for me but I believe I can do it!
