I've gone through people's postings and am so impressed with everyone's achievements. well done all! keep it up. remember no matter how small the loss it's a step closer to you goal. To those who have gained or stayed still just persevere, don't give up and be kind to yourself, breath and start again. we are all in the same boat and we are all here to support each other. some days will be good others will be slow and then some not too good. consistency is the key to everything. Push through. You got this!
