Ran my 4-mile route in 34:09 this morning. It was a little tough and I need to get back to running 2-3 times a week since I was a little off of my best pace last week.
Looking to stay under 2000 Calories/day for the rest of the week and keeping my Protein count above 150 near 200 if possible.
