35 minutes on the treadmill, breakfast, dinner planned and journaled, all done. Last Monday I was only able to do 15 minutes at 2.5 mph with a max incline of 4 on treadmill. Today, up to 35 minutes 3.0 mph with incline of up to 7. It takes 28 days of repetition to make something a habit...morning workout will become my next habit! I know at some point the scale is going to start moving again. IT MUST!
Another cold and rainy day. Short week for me and it is almost over. Today packed with more meetings, heck when do I ever get time to get the stuff done as a result of all these meetings.....Tomorrow, moving my office so will be spending day packing up. Friday, going to Women of Faith conference and can't wait for that. Next week....vacation and getting ready for Thanksgiving!
