Last work day of the week for me, I'm off tomorrow! It's Thanksgiving weekend here and we're going to the lake to hang with my husband's family for Friday and Saturday, then come home and have dinner with my family on Sunday. I'm on the hook for desserts for both families. So tonight I will making pumpkin pies!

I'm been watching the scale every morning this week and I'm down. I'll do my usual weigh tomorrow though.

We've been running every day at lunch time this week. Plus I'm really trying to watch what I eat. This past weekend I was good and keep my eating down. No pizza!

So glad to say I think I'm getting closer to my goal weight and that this plateau is over. We've signed up for a 5k on Nov. 2 and I'm sure the extra running that we are doing now is helping too.

Looks like you're doing really well keep up the good work. And say NO to pizza! Do it for the both of us cause I cant say no pizza or hamburgers, apparently.

Yes, I do work up a sweat during the run but as soon as I get back, I splash cold water on my face and run cold water on my wrists which helps to cool me down quickly. I also have a fan at my desk too. Then I just add more body spray to cover up. Luckily for me, I'm not in contact with many people and I'm running with my coworker most days, so we're sweaty/smelly together!! Pumpkin pie is my husband's favourite! And I make my own puree, which makes it better!

And of coarse you'll do a low carb crust for the pies, right? OR, try one of the many desserts available with pumpkin, I did a cheese cake the other day that is to die for, Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie, man it was good and didn't send me off this great way of eating. Happy Thanksgiving, our dinner is Monday so I'm looking at more of the great things I can make to keep it all within limits. So many darn good things out there that I'm having a problem deciding what all to try.
