Hi there, I have been doing calorie count for a week now, this my second and am very happy. I do excersise and recommend it. I find I have too much to eat, I eat 1400 calories a day, some time little more but mostly I eat less....I suppose cause I have not eaten well for many many years. But I try stick to breakfast lunch and supper. Now after a week I find I can't miss a meal and that is great progress for me. I eat every food group, at the moment potatoes, bread and pastas are in as I have to wait for payday to get more veg. Lol but so far so good.

Thank you for the info... I am 53 and not that active.. My calorie count must be 1800.. I never went over 1000 cals... And I did not drop weight. No I am trying to eat 1800.. Battle to get my macros to work out..

For weightloss you must excersise. If you can't do weights and strength training there is a fantastic walk that I do. I'll find the link and send it to you. It's a great workout and not hard to do. Today I fell off the ban wagon. Did my excersises but have not eaten......had coffee of course.....oh well tomorrow is another day.....
