Great job everyone on your efforts! I know it is not easy. I am right there with you, determined to succeed. Today is the second work Thanksgiving lunch this week. Also, we had a dinner at church last night, but my wife and I went to Subway instead. I have been non-social and skipped both of the meals so far. I will go to the one today at work, but I will control my eating.
