Today I cheated a lot and I don’t have a reason why I was doing so well probably got bored. Anyway I was doing the egg diet for 3 days and today was my 3rd day. I lost 2 kgs and I was not impressed, to me that seemed like an unsustainable weight loss that I will regain as soon as I eat anything else. ideally I wanted something to get me on ketosis fast. Well Monday I am starting with lazy keto it always 20g of carbs.
