My plan is that since I am breastfeeding I can't "diet" of course, so I have to wait the manadatory 2 weeks before resuming exercise, but I have my My Fitness Coach back from my daughter and I can walk. Since the weather is of course turning colder, this will be a challenge, but I have my exercise videos for cold days and walking on nice days.

Hubby and I eat healthy most every meal most days. We do eat mexican on Wednesdays, so I will have to give up the chips lol. I just have to get back to making healhtier choices and I should be good. Breastfeeding uses like 500 calories a day and I drink plenty of water and exercise. This week we have relied upon relatives and friends bringing meals and leftovers so we have been at their mercy. Man chili made with fattening ground beef is so delicious! But not as good as looking at yourself in the mirror and being pleased with what you see.
